Replacement Policy
We value your trust and aim to resolve genuine issues fairly and respectfully.
No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds.
We only offer replacement in case the product is received damaged or defective.
Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement will be approved only if:
The product is damaged, broken, or defective at the time of delivery.
The claim is made within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is recorded from start to finish:
Video must show sealed package clearly before opening
Video must show the product being taken out
Damage/defect must be clearly visible in the same video
No cuts or edits in the video
Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
Important Conditions
The product must be unused and in original condition.
Damage due to misuse, mishandling, installation error, or normal wear & tear will not be eligible.
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified by our support team, a replacement will be dispatched.
No refund will be issued.
In most cases, customers are not required to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.
